Business Procurement Assistance Center

The Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) provides technical and marketing assistance to Wisconsin businesses interested in selling their products and services to the government. Since 1988, BPAC has assisted Wisconsin business win nearly $3.1 billion dollars in contracts.

With two regional offices at Madison Area Technical College and Moraine Park Technical College, BPAC provides Wisconsin businesses the necessary tools to be competitive in the contracting arena.

BPAC's staff of Government Contract Specialists can assist your business in all phases of government contracting. Counselors provide technical advice regarding the government contracting process and can help you identify your potential market and offer resources to locate bidding opportunities. Counselors can help you develop your marketing strategies and provide direction when writing a proposal. BPAC's Government Contract Specialists are available to answer any questions you may have.

Wisconsin Procurement Institute

The Wisconsin Procurement Institute is a nonprofit organization established in 1987 to "bridge the gap" for Wisconsin companies interested in supplying their products and or services to federal, state, local agencies and prime contractors.

WPI guides, trains and provides hands-on assistance to firms in developing government business and improving process and technical capabilities to access and compete in the Government marketplace.

WPI helps firms:

Locate Government contracting opportunities
Identify grants and other sources of funding
Navigate the Government procurement process
Prepare proposals and subcontracting plans
Understand proposal, contract, and subcontracting issues
Integrate Electronic Commerce in the procurement process
